Reschedule: Is allowed without charge if 12 hours before original mission time. If it is between 30mins to 12 hours prior to original mission time then a fee of 10% of the full amount will be charged.
Delay :
Delay which is caused by waiting time for the customer is allowed up to 30 minutes without penalty.
If it is beyond 30 minutes of the original mission time, the mission will be rescheduled subject to helicopter availability. In case no suitable rescheduled time can be found between Helithai and the client, the mission is cancelled and the deposit will not be credited back to the client.
